Frequently Asked Questions

Been there, asked that.

For the questions we couldn't answer with this well-designed landing page.

Do you prefer Next.js or Gatsby?

This is a hot topic among our development team! Some of us love Gatsby because of its ease of use and the way its plugins make building static websites a breeze. We've had the privilege of building Gatsby websites for some really successful B2B technology companies, such as Calendly, ServiceTitan, and Justworks.

On the other hand, some of our team members are big fans of Next.js because of the freedom it provides for server-side rendering and dynamic content. We've also had the chance to build Next.js websites for some similar fast-growing B2B tech companies, including Solana, Freshworks, and Mutiny.

But the truth is, we don't really have a preference for one over the other. It all comes down to the specific needs of the project. When we work with clients, we take the time to understand their goals and requirements, and then recommend the framework that best fits their needs.

So, whether we end up using Gatsby or Next.js, rest assured that our experienced team can deliver high-quality websites that meet your needs and exceed your expectations!

Can you take over a website that already exists?

If you're looking for someone to take ownership of your existing website, we'd be more than happy to evaluate your site to determine the level of support that would be required.

We understand that taking over an existing website can be a complex task, especially if it was built using a different technology stack or framework than what we typically use. But don't worry - our experienced team is well-equipped to handle these types of situations.

We'll start by conducting a thorough analysis of your website to identify any potential issues or areas that may require improvement. From there, we'll work with you to determine the level of support that you need, whether it's simple maintenance and updates or more extensive redesigns or migrations.

Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed and involved in every step, ensuring that your website meets your goals and exceeds your expectations. Our goal is to provide you with a website that not only looks great but also performs optimally, is secure, and is easy to manage.

So if you're ready to take your website to the next level, let's chat! We'll work with you to develop a plan that best fits your needs and ensures the success of your website.

Do you have a minimum project size?

Not at all! We work with businesses of all sizes and are happy to discuss any project, regardless of its size.

We believe that every project is unique and deserves the same level of attention and care, regardless of its size. Our experienced team has worked on projects of all scales, from small websites to large, complex web applications.

Our focus is on delivering high-quality solutions that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Whether you're a small startup or a large enterprise looking to revamp your online presence, we're committed to providing you with the same level of service and expertise.

Can you work with our internal development team?

Absolutely! We have experience collaborating with internal development teams and are happy to work alongside your team to achieve your goals.

Our team is flexible and can adapt to different workflows and processes. We can work with your team in various capacities, whether it's providing additional development resources or collaborating with your team to provide expertise and guidance on specific areas of your project.

We understand the importance of clear communication and collaboration, and we'll work closely with your team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that your project is completed on time and on budget.

How do you communicate with your clients?

At Webstacks, we use a variety of communication channels to ensure that we stay connected with our clients throughout the entire project. Our primary communication tool is Slack, which is extremely well-received by our clients.

We find that Slack is a great way to keep everyone on the same page and allows us to quickly and easily communicate with our clients in real-time.

For project communication we use Jira as a central location for project updates, feedback, and any questions or concerns that may arise.

In addition to Slack and Jira, we also use email and video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Google Meet. We understand that each client has different communication preferences, and we're happy to work with you to find the best method that works for you and your team.

We believe that clear and transparent communication is key to a successful project, and we strive to ensure that our clients are informed and involved every step of the way.
