Everything you need to know about working with Webstacks. Can’t find the answer you are looking for? Please chat with our friendly team.
We are a hybrid-remote workforce with our headquarters based in San Diego, CA with the majority of Webstackers working from the west coast.
With that said, we have great workflows with clients in various timezones all over the world.
We try to remain platform agnostic, however, when recommending a Content Management System there are a few questions to ask:
How will the CMS integrate with your current tech stack (CRM, Personalization Tools, Frontend Framework, Marketing Automation Tool, etc)?
Will content for multiple web properties be managed in your CMS (Marketing Website, Documentation, Knowledge Base, Learning Center, Mobile App, etc)?
Does you prefer a visual CMS or a more content structured CMS?
How many users or content editors will be using the CMS?
Will your site need to be localized across various languages? If so, will languages require unique layouts?
These are all important questions to ask when considering selecting a new CMS. Our is here to support and will be happy to guide you through the process of selecting a CMS based on your business needs.
Yes, Core Web Vitals indicators concentrate on users’ experience with a website – they’re related to its performance, interactivity, and visual stability. Core Web Vitals are one of the factors that affect the quality of a given page, its design, and its operation. Core Web Vitals are measurable indicators that reflect the experiences of users who browse a given website, including:
LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) – an indicator responsible for loading performance;
FID (First Input Delay) – an indicator responsible for interactivity;
CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) – an indicator responsible for visual stability.
Yes, we have a few ways we work with clients on an ongoing basis:
Dedicated Product Team Retainer
Our dedicated Product Team Retainer is the most common engagement for our customers. These teams are built to be modular and fit your specific budget & needs. Naturally, this team is going to have significantly more output by design. Our process is set up to ensure we are constantly adding and improving the website properties.
On-demand Retainer
This engagement is perfect if you're looking for a more "traditional" agency partnership. We will align on a monthly bucket of hours which we draw from as requests from you & your team come in. Our team is less proactive in these types of engagements than the Product Teams, but you can have confidence that a team is ready & available when you need technical or creative support on the website. These engagements can vary in cost but typically range from $10k-30k per month.
Fixed-Project
We also can scope website projects on an as-needed basis, which typically range from $5k to $100k+ depending on the requirements. These are often fixed-deliverable projects like a full website redesign or migration, designing & developing a calculator tool, custom API integrations, implementation of a CDP platform like Segment, etc. Our timelines for execution are variable based on our availability at the time of the request.
*Note: These engagements are not mutually exclusive. Many of our clients will combine engagement styles as needed throughout our relationship.
Let’s talk about your website challenges, goals, and timelines to determine the right solution for your team.
