For teams using composable architecture, this workflow often simplifies. If marketing needs to track a new form, they configure an existing form component rather than building custom code. Quarterly Audits

For each event in your taxonomy, answer three questions:

Next, select your highest-impact KPI and map it completely. Resist the temptation to instrument multiple KPIs simultaneously. A fully mapped priority KPI (with all seven events and complete properties for visitor-to-lead conversion, for example) delivers more value than partial instrumentation across five metrics.

The mapping effort pays off when AI can diagnose why conversion rates dropped rather than reporting that performance declined. Instead of spending two weeks investigating a conversion drop, your team receives an alert: "Mobile form abandonment increased 40% after the 'Company Size' field. Visitors from LinkedIn paid campaigns are most affected. Recommend: test optional field variant or remove field for mobile."

This diagnostic precision separates organizations that react to problems from those that prevent them. It transforms the website from a reporting black box into a growth engine that surfaces opportunities, flags risks and enables rapid experimentation.

Every page becomes a growth experiment. Every component becomes a test. If you can't measure it at the component level, you can't optimize it at scale.
